(1) Whisper's tangibility fluctuates based upon external conditions, such as the sanity of nearby players, the phase of the moon, and the nightmare cycle. Why? Because I have plans to learn C++ (or whatever language DST is coded in) specifically so that I can turn this character into a real mod! (I am an artist and can 100% crank out everything else needed entirely on my own- art assets, voice noises, pages upon pages of unique dialogue.)įor those curious, the character (Whisper) looks like this ! The details I'm going to share here are quite abridged (trust me, they're abridged), but that's because the finer details I have written down (such as the exact amount of sanity certain actions deduct) are still subject to a lot of tweaking.
